# Update your business information and login details

> Edit your business name, website, address, category, contact emails and phone numbers in Account Settings, and change your dashboard password.

The **Business Info** tab holds the details Rewards Club uses in your customer emails and to contact you. Your business name, phone number and contact email appear in the emails your customers receive, so keep them up to date. This page explains every field and how to change your password.

In your dashboard, click **Account Settings** in the left menu. The **Business Info** tab opens first.

## Edit your business information

**1. Open Business Info**

Click **Account Settings** in the left menu, then the **Business Info** tab.

**2. Update the fields**

Change any field. Fields marked with \* are required.

**3. Save**

Click **Save** at the top right. Click **Cancel** to discard your changes.

## Fields

| Field | What it is for |
| - | - |
| **Business Name** | Appears in your emails to customers. Up to 60 characters. |
| **Business Website** \* | Your website address, for example `https://yoursite.com`. |
| **Business Category** \* | The type of business you run. Choose from Auto Services, Bars & Entertainment, Beauty & Personal Care, Community & Groups, Fashion & Lifestyle, Fitness & Studios, Food & Beverage, Golf & Outdoors, Health & Wellness, Hobbies & Learning, Home & Garden, Kids & Baby, Local Services, Pet Services, Retail, Travel & Events, or Other. |
| **New Category** | Becomes available when no listed category fits, so you can type your own (up to 15 characters). |
| **Account Email (Login & Notifications)** \* | The email you log in with. Rewards Club also sends important updates about your account to this address. |
| **Street Address**, **City**, **State**, **Postal Code**, **Country** | Your business address. |
| **Customer Contact Email** \* | The email customers can contact you at. It is also the reply-to address for customer emails such as rewards and newsletters, so customer replies come to this inbox. |
| **First Name**, **Last Name** | The account holder's name. |
| **Business Phone Number** | Appears in emails sent to your customers. |
| **Business Tagline** | One sentence that describes your business, for example "Authentic Italian. Homemade & Heartfelt." Up to 100 characters. |
| **Phone Number (Account Holder)** | How we can reach the account holder. Customers do not see it. |

> Use a **Customer Contact Email** that someone reads regularly. Customers often reply to reward emails with questions about their reward.

## Change your password

1. In the **Business Info** tab, click **Change Password** next to your account email.
2. Enter your new password in **New Password** and again in **Reenter Password**.
3. Click **Change Password**.

If you forgot your password and cannot log in, click **Forgot password?** on the login page. Rewards Club emails you a temporary password.
