# Add new and existing businesses to your agency

> Create a Rewards Club for a new client with Add New, link a business that already has one with Add Existing, and choose a setup for multi-location clients.

Agencies can add clients to the Agency Dashboard in two ways: create a brand-new Rewards Club with **Add New**, or link a business that already has a Rewards Club with **Add Existing**. New clubs appear in your **Businesses** list. This page also explains the options for clients with more than one location.

## Add a new business

Use **Add New** for a client that doesn't have a Rewards Club yet. It works for clients on any website platform.

**1. Click Add New**

In the left menu of your Agency Dashboard, click **Add New**. The **Add New Business** form opens.

**2. Fill in the business details**

Complete the fields below. Fields marked with \* are required.

**3. Click Add Business**

The new Rewards Club appears in your **Businesses** list. Click **Cancel** to leave without saving.

| **Business Name** \* | Shown in the client's customer emails. |
| **Business Type** \* | **Brick & Mortar** if customers redeem rewards in person, **Online** if they redeem in an online store. |
| **Affiliate Code** | Your agency's code, which links the business to your agency. |
| **Business Category** \* | Pick from the list: Auto Services, Bars & Entertainment, Beauty & Personal Care, Community & Groups, Fashion & Lifestyle, Fitness & Studios, Food & Beverage, Golf & Outdoors, Health & Wellness, Hobbies & Learning, Home & Garden, Kids & Baby, Local Services, Pet Services, Retail, Travel & Events, or Other. |
| **New Category** | Your own category name, up to 15 characters. |
| **Website Address** (optional) | For example `https://yoursite.com`. |
| **Street Address**, **City**, **State**, **Country** | The business address. |
| **Postal Code** \* | The business postal or ZIP code. |
| **Account Email** \* | The email the business uses to log in and receive notifications. |
| **First Name** and **Last Name** (optional) | The business contact. |
| **Phone Number** (optional) | The business phone number. |

After you add the business, open it from **Businesses** to set up its rewards and settings. Follow [Set up Rewards Club outside Wix](https://help.riiwards.com/getting-started/set-up-outside-wix.md) for the next steps.

## Add an existing business

Use **Add Existing** when the business already has a Rewards Club, on Wix or on another platform.

**1. Click Add Existing**

The **Register Existing Business** form opens.

**2. Enter the business's email address**

Type the account email of the business in **Enter Merchant Email Address**. When the account is found, the **Source Platform**, **Merchant Business Name** and **Merchant Website Address** fill in automatically so you can check it is the right business.

**3. Click Confirm Add Listing**

The button becomes available once a matching account is found. The business is then linked to your agency.

If the business can't be added, the form tells you why:

| Message | What it means |
| - | - |
| This email was not found. | No Rewards Club uses this email. Check the spelling, or use **Add New**. |
| This email is not associated with an active account. | The business's Rewards Club is not active. |
| This email is already associated with an agency. | Another agency already manages this business. Contact support if this is wrong. |

## Clients with several locations

For a business with more than one location, you have these options:

* **One Rewards Club for all locations**: shared rewards and one customer list, without location-level tracking.
* **A separate Rewards Club for each location**: each location has its own rewards, customer list and stats. Add each location as its own business.
* **One Rewards Club that tracks several locations**: shared rewards and one customer list, with redemptions and customer reviews tracked by location. Contact [support@riiwards.com](mailto:support@riiwards.com) to set this up.
