> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://help.riiwards.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # View your customers and club stats > Find any Rewards Club member, see where they signed up, and track customers, rewards sent and redemptions on the Customers & Stats page. The **Customers & Stats** page is the home of your Rewards Club member list. Use it to search for a customer, check where they signed up, open their full history, and follow how many customers you have, how many rewards went out and how many were redeemed. Type what you know** Enter part of an email, a name, a phone number, a signup source code or a birthday in the search box. **2. Click Search** The customer list shows only the matching customers. **3. Click Clear to go back** **Clear** removes the search and shows the full list again. The default list shows customers who verified their email and are subscribed. Search also finds customers who have not verified their email yet. These rows show in red with an **unverified** tag, and customers who unsubscribed get an **unsub** tag. The round arrow button next to **Clear** refreshes the list so you see new signups without reloading the page. ## Summary The **Summary** box shows three totals for your club: | Tile | What it counts | | - | - | | **Customers** | Members of your Rewards Club. On the Free plan this tile also shows how many of your 100 free subscribers you use, and how many customers are paused. | | **Rewards Sent** | Reward emails sent to your customers. | | **Redemptions** | Rewards your customers have redeemed. | ## Activity The **Activity** table shows recent activity for your club: new customers, rewards sent, and the Birthday, Monthly and Signup emails sent. * **Rows**: the last 1 day, 7 days and 30 days, followed by the last three months. * **Columns**: new customers (person icon), rewards sent (gift icon), then **BD** (birthday), **MO** (monthly), **SU** (signup) and **NL** (newsletter). ## Graphs The **Graphs** box shows your customers by **Gender** (Female, Male, Other) and **Age Groups** (Teens, 20+, 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+). Customers only share this if you turn on **Collect demographics** in [Customize Club](https://help.riiwards.com/account/customize-club.md), which adds an optional age group and gender question to your signup form. > [!NOTE] > > Demographic charts depend on your plan. If your plan does not include them, the box shows a **Click here to upgrade** link. ## Customer list The **Customer List** shows your members, newest first. | Column | What it shows | | - | - | | Phone icon | Green when the customer subscribed to your SMS messages. Hover over it to see the phone number. | | **Email** | The customer's email address. | | **Birthday Month / Day** | The birthday the customer entered. Rewards Club never asks for the birth year. | | **Name** | The customer's name, if they entered one. | | **Created** | The date the customer joined. | | **SRC** | Where the customer signed up. Hover over the code to see what it means. | Click any customer to open their [Customer History](https://help.riiwards.com/customers/customer-history.md), where you can resend rewards, change their email or unsubscribe them. ### Signup source (SRC) codes | Code | Meaning | | - | - | | `WS` | Website widget signup | | `WI` | Wix member or contact | | `IMPORT` | Imported customer list | | `EMAIL` | Signed up from an email link | | `SMS` | Signed up by text message | | `MENU` | Signed up from the menu or QR code | | `QR` | Signed up from a QR code | | `MOBILE` | Signed up on mobile | A code with a keyword after it, such as `SMS/JOIN`, shows the text keyword the customer sent to sign up. ## Download your list Click **Download .csv** under the list to export your customers.
