# Download your customer list as a CSV file

> Export your Rewards Club members to a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets, and learn what each column in the download contains.

Your Rewards Club customer list belongs to you. You can export it at any time as a CSV file from the **Customers & Stats** page, for example to load it into another marketing tool or keep a backup.

> Downloading the customer list depends on your plan. If your plan does not include it, an upgrade message names the plan you need.

## Download the list

**1. Open Customers & Stats**

In your dashboard, click **Customers & Stats** in the left menu.

**2. Click Download .csv**

The button is under the **Customer List**.

**3. Accept the data terms**

The **Download Customer List** window asks you to agree to use the data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and applicable privacy regulations. Click **Ok** to download, or **Cancel** to stop.

Confirm that you will use the data responsibly

## What the file contains

Each row is one customer. The columns are:

| Column | What it contains |
| - | - |
| **Email** | The customer's email address. |
| **Birth Month** and **Birth Day** | The birthday the customer entered (no birth year). |
| **First Name** and **Last Name** | The customer's name, if entered. |
| **Gender** and **Age Group** | Filled in when you collect demographics. |
| **Subscribed** | The date the customer joined. |
| **Phone** | The customer's phone number, if they shared one. |
| **Source Url** | The page where the customer signed up, when known. |
| **SMS Subscribed** | Whether the customer subscribed to your text messages. |
| **Source Page** | The signup source code, such as `WS` or `SMS`. See [signup source codes](https://help.riiwards.com/customers/customers-and-stats.md#signup-source-src-codes). |
| **Rewards** | The customer's rewards status. |

> The file is saved in UTF-8, so names with accents and other special characters open correctly in Excel and Google Sheets.

## Use the data responsibly

Your customers joined your Rewards Club and agreed to receive its rewards and messages. Before you email them from another tool, make sure that use is covered by the consent they gave. See [Privacy and consent](https://help.riiwards.com/privacy/gdpr-and-consent.md).
