# Track which rewards your customers redeemed

> Use the Redemptions page to see each reward a customer redeemed in person, when they redeemed it, the reward type and the reward code.

The **Redemptions** page lists the rewards your customers redeemed, newest first. Use it to check whether a customer already used a reward and to see which reward types bring customers back.

In your dashboard, click **Redemptions** in the left menu. The page opens as **Redemptions & Stats**, with the same **Summary**, **Activity** and **Graphs** boxes as [Customers & Stats](https://help.riiwards.com/customers/customers-and-stats.md).

## Redemption list

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Email** | The customer who redeemed the reward. |
| **Redeemed** | The date and time of the redemption. |
| **Reward Type** | Signup, Birthday, Anniversary, Monthly or Check-in. |
| **Reward Code** | The reward code from the customer's email, when the reward has one. |

Click the round arrow button at the top right to refresh the list.

## How redemptions are recorded

Redemptions are recorded for in-person rewards when your club uses **Enforce One-Time Use**. Each reward email then shows a redeem button, and the customer taps it in front of your staff when they use the reward. The tap is recorded here, and the reward can't be used again. If you also turned on **Confirm Visits with Visit Tracker**, staff can confirm each redemption with the reward code at the counter. See [Confirm visits](https://help.riiwards.com/visit-tracker/confirm-visits.md).
