# Rewards Club plans and the features they include

> Compare the Free, Starter, Marketing+ and Loyalty+ plans, see which features each one unlocks, and learn how to find current pricing and upgrade.

Rewards Club has a Free plan and three paid plans: Starter, Marketing+ and Loyalty+. Each paid plan adds features to the one before it. This page shows which features belong to which plan, so you can tell why a menu item is locked and which plan unlocks it.

## Features by plan

| Plan | Main features |
| - | - |
| **Free** | Up to 100 subscribers, with the Loyalty+ rewards and tools but no SMS, and 1 newsletter per month. Ideal to start and test your club. |
| **Starter** | Signup, birthday and anniversary rewards, and downloading your customer list. |
| **Marketing+** | Everything in Starter, plus monthly rewards, up to 5 newsletters per month, customer feedback and SMS Flash Sales. |
| **Loyalty+** | Everything in Marketing+, plus check-in rewards for repeat visits, confirming visits, recording the amount spent per visit, and the Visit & Stats Tracker. |

Each paid plan includes a number of subscribers, and larger lists are billed per extra 100 subscribers. Your current plan and subscriber count are shown in **Account Settings > My Subscription**.

> SMS (text signup, SMS reminders and Flash Sales) is set up separately in **Account Settings > SMS Settings** and is available with paid plans in the USA. See [Set up SMS](https://help.riiwards.com/sms/set-up-sms.md).

## See current prices

Prices can change, so we do not list them here. To see the current prices:

1. Go to **Account Settings > My Subscription**.
2. Click **Click for pricing and features.**

## When a feature is not in your plan

If you click a feature that your plan does not include, the dashboard shows an **Upgrade Required** message. It names the feature and the plan that includes it, for example: "**Monthly Rewards** is available in the Marketing+ plan or higher."

* Click **Upgrade Now** to choose a plan and pay securely with Stripe.
* Click **Cancel** to close the message.

Features that can show this message include check-in rewards, the Visit Tracker (Manager App), check-in confirmation, customer list export, monthly rewards, newsletters, customer feedback and demographic charts.

## Upgrade your plan

**1. Open your subscription**

Go to **Account Settings** and click the **My Subscription** tab.

**2. Click Upgrade**

Choose your plan on the next page.

**3. Pay securely**

Complete the payment on the secure Stripe checkout. Your new features are available when you return to the dashboard.
