# Use the Visit Tracker at your counter

> The Visit Tracker is a phone-friendly dashboard for your staff to confirm visits, redeem promo codes and check reward stats right at the counter.

The **Visit Tracker** is a simple, phone-friendly version of your Rewards Club dashboard made for the counter. Your staff use it to confirm customer visits, enter the amount spent, redeem promo codes and look up quick reports, without access to your reward settings.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The Visit Tracker is included in the Loyalty+ plan. It is for businesses where customers redeem rewards in person. If your club redeems rewards online only, the menu item is hidden.

## Open the Visit Tracker

You can open it from two places in your dashboard. Both open the Visit Tracker in a new browser tab and log you in automatically.

* Click **Visit & Stats Tracker** in the left menu.
* Or go to **Rewards Options** and click **Log In to Visit Tracker**.

>
> Open the Visit Tracker on the phone or tablet you keep at the counter and bookmark the page. Staff can sign in on the **Login to Mobile** page with your account email and password.

## Find your way around

Tap the menu button at the top right to switch screens.

| Menu item | What it is for |
| - | - |
| **Confirm Visits** | Confirm a customer's visit with their reward code and record the amount spent. See [Confirm visits](https://help.riiwards.com/visit-tracker/confirm-visits.md). |
| **Loyal Customers** | Customers with the most visits. |
| **Redeem Promo Code** | Redeem a promo code a customer shows you. |
| **Customer Sign Ups** | New customers by date and signup source. |
| **Rewards Sent** | Rewards sent and open rates by reward type. |
| **Redemptions Summary** | Redeemed and confirmed rewards by type. |
| **Redemptions List** | Every redemption with its date, type and amount spent. |
| **Change Password** | Set a new password. |
| **Logout** | Sign out of the Visit Tracker. |
| **Leave us a review** | Rate Rewards Club. |
| **Report an issue** | Tell our support team about a problem. |

## Change your password

**1. Open Change Password**

Tap the menu button, then **Change Password**.

**2. Enter the new password twice**

Fill in **Enter New Password** and **Reenter Password**.

**3. Tap Save Password**

The new password also becomes your password for the main dashboard login.

> The Visit Tracker and your main dashboard share one password. If you change it here, use the new password to log in to your dashboard too.

## Report a problem or leave a review

* **Report an issue** opens a form where you describe what went wrong. Our support team replies to your account email.
* **Leave us a review** lets you rate Rewards Club.
