# Read Visit Tracker reports on signups and redemptions

> Understand the Visit Tracker reports: loyal customers, signups by source, rewards sent with open rates, redemption summaries and the downloadable redemptions list.

The Visit Tracker includes quick reports you can check from your phone: who visits most, where new customers come from, how your reward emails perform and which rewards were redeemed. Open the [Visit Tracker](https://help.riiwards.com/visit-tracker/overview.md), tap the menu button and choose a report.

Most reports have **From** and **To** date boxes. Pick a date range to filter the report, or tap **Clear** to see all dates. On wide tables, swipe sideways to see every column.

## Loyal Customers

**List of Loyal Customers** shows your most frequent visitors.

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Email**, **First Name**, **Last Name** | The customer. |
| **Date Joined** | When they joined your Rewards Club. |
| **Number of Visits** | Their check-in visits. |
| **Visits/Month** | Their average visits per month. |

## Customer Sign Ups

Shows how many customers joined in the date range: the **Total**, how many joined by **SMS**, and a **Signups by Source** table with a count for each signup source, such as Website or a text keyword like JOIN.

## Rewards Sent

Shows the number of **Rewards Sent** and the overall **Open Rate**, then a table with **Sent** and **Open %** for each reward type: Signup, Birthday, Anniversary, Monthly and Check-in rewards.

## Redemptions Summary

Shows how many rewards were **Redeemed**, how many of those visits were **Confirmed**, and the confirmation **Rate**. The table breaks this down by reward type, including Flash Sale rewards.

## Redemptions List

Lists every redemption in the date range.

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Serial** | Row number. |
| **Type** | The reward type code (see below). |
| **Email** and **Name** | The customer. |
| **Redeemed** | When the reward was redeemed. |
| **Confirmed** | When staff confirmed the visit. |
| **Time** | Time of the visit. |
| **Amount Spent** | The amount staff entered when confirming. |

Reward type codes: **SU** Signup, **BD** Birthday, **AN** Anniversary, **MO** Monthly, **CK** Check-in.

Tap **Download** to save the list as a CSV file.

> Turn on **Enter Amount Spent per In-Person Visit** in [Rewards Options](https://help.riiwards.com/rewards/rewards-options.md) so the **Amount Spent** column shows how much your rewards bring in.
