An agency sets up and runs Rewards Clubs for several client businesses. With agency access, your dashboard becomes the Agency Dashboard: you see all your clients in one list, open any client’s Rewards Club to configure it, and compare results across clients in one report. Clients can be on Wix or on any other website platform.
To get agency access or set up a new agency account, email support@riiwards.com. Each agency gets a unique affiliation code that links it to the businesses it manages.

What changes in agency mode

The Agency Dashboard has extra items at the top of the left menu: The rest of the menu works the same as for a single business. See the dashboard tour.

Find a client

Click Businesses

The list shows the Rewards Clubs assigned to your agency.

Search by name

Type a business name, or part of it, in Enter Name or Partial and click Search. Total shows how many businesses match. Click Clear to see the full list again.

Open the client's club

Open a business from the list to work in its Rewards Club dashboard, just like the business owner would: set up rewards, change settings and review results.

Compare clients in Reports

Reports shows one row per business, with the same search box as Businesses. For each business you see:
  • Signup Source: how many customers joined from the Website, Facebook, Walk-ins and Import.
  • Rewards Sent: Signup, Birthday, Anniversary and Monthly rewards, plus Newsletters.
  • Rewards redeemed and Customer reviews.

Agency settings and branding

Open Account Settings to review your agency details. Your agency information is used in emails:
  • Emails to your clients’ customers include your agency name, email address and physical address in the footer, with links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  • Automated emails to your business clients, for example when a Rewards Club is added to your agency, are sent using your account email.
Agency accounts also have a Marketplace URL field in Account Settings.
When you send a test of a reward email with Send Test Email, agency accounts can tick Agency: to get a copy at the agency email as well as the business email.
