Your Rewards Club customer list belongs to you. You can export it at any time as a CSV file from the Customers & Stats page, for example to load it into another marketing tool or keep a backup.
Downloading the customer list depends on your plan. If your plan does not include it, an upgrade message names the plan you need.

Open Customers & Stats

In your dashboard, click Customers & Stats in the left menu.

Click Download .csv

The button is under the Customer List.

Accept the data terms

The Download Customer List window asks you to agree to use the data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and applicable privacy regulations. Click Ok to download, or Cancel to stop.

What the file contains

Each row is one customer. The columns are:
The file is saved in UTF-8, so names with accents and other special characters open correctly in Excel and Google Sheets.
