The Rewards Club signup form (also called a widget) lets visitors join your club straight from your website. How you add it depends on where your website is built: Wix sites add the form through the Rewards Club Wix app, and all other websites copy an embed code from the Customize Widget page in your dashboard.
The dashboard shows Customize Widget only for clubs that are not connected to Wix. Wix clubs see Import Wix Contacts in that spot instead and customize the form in the Wix Editor.

Websites not built on Wix

Use this option for WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or any site where you can paste HTML code. In your dashboard, click Customize Widget in the left menu. The page is titled Customize Signup Form for Your Website and shows a live preview of the form next to its settings. Click Demo, Try Now to try a working example.
The widget editor works in Google Chrome only. In other browsers you see “Browser Not Supported”.
Customers who join through the website widget sign up with email only. The widget does not collect phone numbers, so these customers don’t get SMS reminders for expiring rewards. To offer text-to-join, see Sign up customers.
1

Customize the text

Enter a Title (up to 60 characters) and the Button text. Short, inviting button text works best, for example “Join Now” or “Join FREE”.
2

Match your brand colors

Set the Background Color, Title Background, Button Background, Font Color and Border Color. Check Show Border to draw a border around the form.
3

Set the size and position

Adjust Width, Top, Position and Margin until the preview looks right.
4

Choose an animation (optional)

Pick an Animation Type (for example bounce, fadeIn or zoomIn, or none) and how many Delay Seconds to wait before the form appears.
5

Show your Signup Reward (optional)

Check Display Signup Reward to show your Signup Reward text on the form. Showing the benefit usually increases signups.
6

Publish and copy the code

Click Publish to save your design, then click Copy Widget Code. The code is shown in the Widget Embed Code - Website section.
7

Paste the code into your website

In your website builder, add an HTML or code block where you want the form and paste the code. Publish your website and test the form.

Wix websites

On Wix, the signup form is part of the Rewards Club app that you add to your site from the Wix App Market. You place and style it in the Wix Editor like any other element.
1

Open your site in the Wix Editor

Go to the page where you want the form.
2

Add the signup form

Add the Rewards Club app to the page. If it is already on another page, open Manage Apps, find Rewards Club and click Add Again.
3

Customize it

Click the form, then Settings. You can change the title and button text, the birthday format (MM/DD or DD/MM), colors, fonts and sizes.
4

Publish your site

Click Publish in Wix. The form goes live with your site.
Ways to display the form on Wix:
  • In a fixed spot on a page, such as the footer, a sidebar or next to your main content.
  • Pinned to the screen, so it stays visible while visitors scroll.
  • In a pop-up (Lightbox) that opens automatically. In the Wix Editor, add a Lightbox, then add the Rewards Club form inside it.
  • Behind a button such as “Join Now” that opens a Lightbox with the form.
  • On its own page together with images and a description of all your rewards.
You can add the form to several pages. All signups go to the same customer list.
Remember to set up a mobile layout too. Check your site in the Wix mobile editor and make sure the form is visible and fits the screen.
